Fertility supplements taken?

Hi mamas! 
Just curious how long all of you tried prior to conceiving, what supplements you and hubby took? Been trying for 7 months and hubby has some sperm issues and not sure what to try before seeing endocrinologist etc. just got us both fertilaid!

Try preseed.  I know it's not a vitamin but I recommend using it

I took some of the herbs that are probably in Fertilaid. I made a tea out of .25 oz red raspberry leaf and .75 oz red clover. I put it in a quart canning jar, poured boiling water over it and steeped it overnight. I used about a third of a jar a day mixed with green tea. I also added 40 drops of vitex (chaste tree berry) extract. I took mucinex on my fertile days to increase cervical mucus. I started taking a prenatal, fish oil, and 1000 mg of folate (L-5-MTHF) a couple months before starting TTC. We also used preseed on a couple fertile days .We got pregnant in my first cycle so maybe it was the supplements or maybe it was all the sex. Ha ha. Good luck to you!

Read it starts with the egg by Rebecca Fett.  I didn't get a good response from fertiliaid. But followed the recommendations in this book and got my BFP after 2 months.  I had 3 MC prior.

Have him try Maca powder. It's gross tasting but a close friend was about to have surgiry for his sperm issues and took this for a month or so and got pregnant. The month my husband took it we got pregnant. Worth a try!

I drank Fertilitea for 3 weeks and conceived after TTC for 6-7 months. I think it's made by the fertilaid people
