Positive OPKs?

I'm currently cd 16 but was on clomid cd 3-7. My husband and I have done such a good job with BDing this time because he's actually home (in the army). We've been trying for so long I have so much faith this month. I'm just confused the too opk looks positive but the bottom doesn't at all. What do you ladies think?

Also since we bd yesterday should we deffinitly bd tomorrow or today and tomorrow?
