Low Carb Diet Unhealthy??
So my bf and I have started a low-carb diet along with excercise to help us lose weight. We also chose the low-carb because I am a sugar addict so this helps me to focus on eating healthier things and keeping me on track. The problem is though, I have done a few things of research on low-carb diets and its kind of freaking me out. Some websites say that low-carb can cause diabetes, infertility and many other complications. But other websites say they are fine and a perfectly healthy way to diet. My question is, is it really okay to continue? Or is it more of just a short term kind of diet? I'm just so confused!!
