Would you consider a job change while going through IUI or IVF?

Yes if the new job has insurance that covers fertility treatments.

I'm asking myself the exact same thing. I have an IVF cycle scheduled for the end of the month and this week there were some layoffs at work because we don't have enough $$.  I still have my job but am afraid if I wait it out and we keep going downhill I won't be able to find another job once actually pregnant so I may be better off trying to get a new job NOW before I'm visibly preggers. Being a woman sucks big time sometimes.

I was a nanny to triplets during our IVF cycles.  My boss was understanding, worked from home and was flexible.  Some employers may not be though.  I would look around and out weigh my options.

Some employers may not be accommodating to you at this time, and will ultimately leave them with an unfavourable impression of you.  Trust me, I've witnessed it twice and was disgusted with the employer in the end...
