You're so big!? Hurts my feelings!

Question

I am getting tired of people saying that my belly is so big for being 5 months!  Especially one of my coworkers, her comments are mean. I just wish people realize words can hurt. If you aren't going to say something nice to me, I rather you keep it to yourself.
Do I really look that fat?! I have gained 10 pounds since I'm pregnant, and I'm 5 months.
Advice is welcome, thank you!

The thing that makes me laugh about when people say these things is that it's usually people who have had babies before. I guess they forgot what it's like to be pregnant. 
I'm also 5 months, I've gained 13 pounds. I think  I look like a person that is 5 MO pregnant. But I've had more than one person tell me I was getting huge. Heck even when I was only 13 weeks people would say that to me. 
One woman who is in her 70s made this comment to me one day.. "if the baby is only a few inches then one would think your belly wouldn't have grown so much. I mean look for big it is." ... well I have more than a baby that is a couple inches long in there! I have a uterus that's as high as my navel, I have a placenta, I've got fluid, and my body has 50% more blood. So I think we are allowed to have our bellies stick out a little. People seem to forget that there is more to pregnancy than a tiny human.

You look great!!! People suck! My first was born in March, and before Christmas people would say any day now right?! Umm no 3 more months assholes. Everybody carries differently. Pregnancy is a beautiful thing, screw anyone who makes you feel big. I was a bus by the end of my first pregnant. But my son was healthy and perfect, and that's all that mattered to me!

You don't look big at all, you look great! I've gained 3 pounds and my cousin asked if I was sure I wasn't having twins the other day... Wasn't thrilled with that one but hey, not letting people's comments get to me. My body, my pregnancy, stay positive!

You look perfect! I understand the hurt feelings. I get the opposite since I'm plus sized my bump is assumed I'm just fat. Hate it cause it takes away from my joy of excitement of being an expectant mom.
