Rant of the day
I told my neighbor that I was thinking about getting an epidural. She goes on to say that that would be the worst choice of my life and that I wouldn't experience childbirth the way it was meant to be.
Childbirth is special whether or not I choose to get an epidural. It doesn't make me any less of a woman if I do get an epidural, it just means I needed a little help.
I can't stand it when she says things like that to me. It is my body, my choice on whether I get an epidural. I am a sissy when it comes to pain. I cry everytime I have to get a shot at the doctor.
If I need an epidural, believe me, I will ask for it. I'm definitely gonna try to go as far as I can without one, but when it becomes too intense, I'll get one. I do want to feel some pain, something to remember childbirth by.
Ok. Rant over. 😊
