How many crib sheets do I need? Ftm here!

My mom recommended 4. She said when I was a baby she had to change my sheets practically every single night. She finally got to the point where she would put two complete sets {mattress pad, pee pad, sheet} on the bed so at 3 in the morning she could just pull the first mess off and not have to change sheets in the middle of the night.

My first was a reflux baby and she spit up ALL the time. I had 5 sheets and would literally change them almost every day. I liked having the option to not have to do an entire load of laundry every time, it gets done enough!!!! Every baby is different obviously, but I say stick to at least 3 to be safe!

I've only ever needed two. I have a few waterproof sheet toppers that cover most of the mattress. If there is a middle of the night mess I just pull up one of the waterproof pads and lay down a new one. If diapers are leaking several times a night, time to find better diapers.

I got 4 and only use two. I do her laundry every week. Yea, sometimes they're are accidents, but I have a plastic cover thing over the matress, then a waterproof cover, then a crib sheet. So if a accident happens, I take the two off, wipe off the cover then put the other sheet on. Throw her Ed stuff in the washer along with clothes. And do just that load alone. But it's rare that it happens.

I would say at least 4. One on the crib one extra and more so you don't have to do laundry everyday.

I would say 3 at least, one for the crib and 2 backups. So you have have one on then say they make a mess and then the next night they make a mess as well and you haven't gotten the laundry all of the way done yet you have a back up.

I have 4 and change them every other week.  I never notice them as actually dirty but there could always be drool, sweat, dirt, lotion residue etc.  obviously if there is spit up or diaper blowout they get changed immediately :)

The bumper we bought had a waterproof mattress protector. When that got dirty, we just pulled it right off (velcro) and then we were left with the sheet and the bumpers still. We'd wash the sheet protector and then stick it right back over the sheet the next day or so.

I have 3  but the more the better. 
I only bought 3 this time around because I have a toddler and his toddler bed takes the same size.. since it's crib mattress size. So we have lots of sheets between the 2. 
Lots of little accidents happen!
