I am 37 weeks pregnant and at my cervix check 2 weeks ago I was 1cm dilated and 50% effaced. The doctor also said she could feel the head which I'm assuming means she is engaged. I started having a clear liquid showing in my panties along with normal white discharge. I called the doctor and they seem to think it is nothing to worry about at this time. I just wondered if anyone else had this experience and if they have any advice.
