Any help?

I have a fever and cough. What's a good home remedy for this? I couldn't sleep last night i feel awful!

Drink homemade hot lemon and honey to sooth your throat and take one or two paracetamol to reduce your fever. It's the same as what's in those Lemsip sachets only a lot lot cheaper, and Vit C fresh from the fruit has got to be better for you than Vit C powder with lemon flavouring!! I sometimes grate a bit of fresh ginger in aswell as it has anti-inflammatory properties which will help calm a sore throat.
 Also when you go to bed try not to lie flat on your back, prop yourself up with pillows to open your airways up more and reduce your coughing. Also try to rest a lot, hope you get well soon

Rest a lot and drink a lot! Take zinc, vitamin c and goldenseal to help you get over it faster. It's one of those things that kind of runs its course. Google home remedies for cough and fever and it comes up with all kinds of stuff that I like to try.

Take a Luke warm bath to lower the fever, and drink a cup of hot tea with honey to help with the cough. I'm not a doctor, but these are things I've done my whole life.
