So I been spotting and cramping since Saturday and today I started spotting a little more but no blood clots I don't feel pregnant anymore my breast are less sore and my belly feels smaller but my question is is it possible that I'm still pregnant? I have had previous miscarriages but it don't feel like I miscarriaged yet but like maybe the baby died or maybe it was twins and one died

I do have a doctors appointment tomorrow just looking for some inspiration please help

This pregnancy was a surprise I went to the doctor right before I knew I was pregnant to find out why I was having miscarriages then to find out why I'm pregnant than too have a miscarriage right after I find out I was pregnant I am devastated) :
