Raspberry Leaf Tea
Any successes. Started today. Hopefully to regulate my cycle. Hard to conceive when you aren't getting a period. If you haven't looked into it definitely look it up. It seems like a miracle "drug". It didn't taste bad either. I sweetened it with a little honey. I may make ice tea with lemon tonorrow.
