Is anyone out there a personal trainer or fitness instructor? How do you plan on handling your pregnancy? I just found out I'm pregnant earlier this week and waiting on my first Dr. visit on Friday--in the meantime I've called out of work ( with the worst excuses😁😂) but even if I'm cleared I've head so many mixed feelings about instructing- especially in the first trimester. Thoughts ?
