Age 34 TTC running a little late bfns

Af was supposed to show today but it normally comes a day earlier from what glow says. I have been getting bfn four days now. I'm also not having much cramps at all. It's doesn't feel like i am going to get a period. What's now. Just wait to see if Af shows? And when does a bfp show up?
