Pcos and trying to conceive

I was just diagnosed with pcos after 3 years trying to conceive. I have to go have an HSG test done Monday. Then Dr says to try for 3 months and if nothing then he will Start Clomid. Has anyone conceived other pcos I'm just nervous it won't happen for my husband and I
