For the first time ever I have trush, been ttc for some time.  My fertile windows started yesterday, any quick methods you know of to get this away asap?

Go to pharmacy and get canestan cream plus pessaries (or equivalent) and follow instructions. If using pessaries it's important not to have sex during that time ( they can even break condoms ). It is also important to treat ur partner as they could have it too even if they show no symptoms. Get him to apply some of the cream to the top of the penis for the specified amount of days. This is extremely important so u dont keep re-infecting eachother. After a few days everything should be fone
