Does clomid mess with your LH tests?

I am on day 3 of clomid (cd6) and I've been taking Internet cheapie LH tests. Today I had one that usually takes me till around cd 15 to get (dark, but not dark enough...I usually get a positive cd 16-18. Can clomid make your LH tests darker than usual?

It did not 'mess' with mine. I had obvious LH surge on CD16.

I never got a positve opk. I thought that clomid wasn't having end effect on me. I went in for an ultrasound and my doctor said I would ovulate withing the next 36 hours. Had my progestorne levels checked on day 21 they results showed a positve ovulation. I'm on cycle day 28 and on AF yet but I haven't tested. I want to wait another week at least. BABY DUST TO US

Yes it messes with mine I read to take opks after 5 to 10 days from your last pill so the clomid I'd out of your body.  I tested cd 8 got a positive opk cd 10 it was neg so I think it's out of my system

I was getting close to positives at CD30 of last cycle and they were still the same till CD6 of this one then they went down to no other line then a very faint one CD10 now and im yet to test today but im sure it hasnt changed much
