flu/cold help
hi ladies i need some help my brother in law caught the flu and my son did as well and today i have body aches and an extreme sore throat. idk what i can take for it im all against medicine during pregnancy but today i just feel awfull any advice? has anyone gotten the flu or a bad cold?
