I've been married since 3 months now, and I had the pregnancy blood witch was a few drops only n then after 5 days I had my period n its regular till now !! But I still HAV pregnancy symptoms  :( am I helisinating?

Technically no. You can bleed while pregnant but it's not due to you shedding the lining of uturis. If it's a concern consult your OB and they will further discuss it with you along with any test, treatment or changes needed.
