Why am I getting my period again when I just had it?!

I'm on the pill and I'm on the 2nd week of the 2nd pack. I take it at the exact same time everyday. Hadn't missed a day or time. Today I woke up with period symptoms. I was cramping bad and had gas. I was hoping I wasn't on my period because I just was on it February 8-19. The reason it was so long is because the week before I was suppose to take the sugar pills I missed one day of my pill and my period came the next day and it didn't stop until when I was 2 days before I was done with the sugar pills. Well anyway, I know when I'm on my period and went to the bathroom and sure enough I was. It hasn't even been 28 days minimum or more like my cycles before I got on the pill. And I have 2 weeks before I take the sugar pills again. So I shouldn't even be having a period right now. Has this happened to anyone? Sorry it's so long.
