I got a BFP and I started my period when I was supposed to is it normal?

Last week i tested and it came out positive and today I started my period I have heard you can get your period while being pregnant but is it really true. Is it normal I can't go to the doctor because I'm minor and I don't want my mom to know yet

I'm sorry honey, it sounds like a chemical pregnancy. You can bleed during but not get your period or that would be the uterine lining shedding which is no baby. Call your doctor for hcg levels to make sure.

I got a positive last Friday and then that same day I got my" period" lasted 4 days like it normally does and had cramps and some blood clots as well. My levels are going up and tests were getting darker and my doctor doesn't seem to be worried. But if I were you I would get into the doctor in order to get your hcg checked and make sure everything is okay. Good luck!

You can have up to three periods while pregnant (so three months obviously) I ever confirmed this information with my doctor.

You can have a 'period' while pregnant. Technically speaking it can't be a period because a period means you're not pregnant. But you can have bleeding exactly like your period and the baby be fine and still be pregnant.

Also you can go to planned parenthood minor or not and my friend used to lie to urgent care about her age and they would see her so you could always try that too.

Some bleeding could be normal but bleeding like a Period is not. Sounds like it was a chemical. Sorry.
