Clearblue digital accuracy

Af is 3 days late which usually isn't a huge deal bc sometimes I can be a little irregular. They say I was supposed to start I woke up and took a clearblue digital it was negative. Today I'm having really sore breasts and I feel nauseous. Should I take another test?
