Swollen ankles??

Question

I'm at 24 weeks and for the last week my ankles have been swollen on and off. Anyone else?  What helps?  I ordered some compression socks.

Mine are very bad this week (27 weeks). I am traveling for work and randomly found Mama Mio Lucky Legs gel. It feels great and relieves the really tight feeling. I think it is helping the swelling too, but it doesn't magically disappear. Compression hose help, I have thigh highs so I would recommend that option so you don't have to worry about size of waist. Additionally, I've  read lots of water, low sodium diet and soaking in Epsom salts will help. I'm hoping to keep mine elevated at work going forward and like others said, the walking breaks. I also think not wearing heels will help.

Im 27 weeks and mine got huge last week! They have gone down a lot now, just trying to keep them elevated when I'm resting and go for lots of walks when I can at work

Yes! I'm almost 25 weeks, and they've been swollen for several weeks now. It gets bad when I sit in the office too long, so I try to make sure I take breaks and get up often.

I have the same issue. I ordered the compression stockings from Amazon. But....  Even though I oredered a large size I can't get them on :(

I'm 26 weeks tomorrow n mine have been swelling about a week now...I don't drink a ton of water, but by next morn they're normal again
