It is possible to have no symptoms of being pregnant until after missed period?

With my son I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was 6weeks. I missed my period but I was pregnant before I got on depo. So I assumed it was the depo stopping my period. Then I became very sick a couple of weeks after my missed period. I couldn't eat or drink nothing! I though I had the stomach virus!

I had twins n had no symptoms unt my last month of pregnancy.  Every women n every pregnancy is different

I had no symptoms whatsoever and still don't at 12w2days. Everyone is different!
