Feeling like I'm on a rollar coaster...

All day yesterday one of my twins was  maybe flipping around or something it felt like when you drop on a rollar coaster and your stomach drops out im just wondering if this is a normal feeling or if it could be an indicator of some kind of distress. Any ladies have this feeling ever? Sorry ftm!
