Does conceiving before mean husbands sperm count is good?

No. We have a 4 y/o together and just found out my DH has a sperm count of 0. Doc put him on clomid and sending him for more testing.

My doctor was less concerned with him getting tested since we already had a child but if the Clomid wouldnt have worked last month he would have had him go in for testing. Luckily we didn't have to worry about it!

Not necessarily.  It means  it was good a number of factors can contribute to it not being good.  Hot tubs or heat, alcohol or drugs, even certain vibrations from bicycle or motorcycle,  injury etc.
