So I went to my doctors last week and I was around 11 weeks pregnant couldn't hear the baby's heartbeat did an ultrasound in his office he saw the baby and thought the baby looked bigger then what I'm at. Went doctors today didn't hear heartbeat Again should I be concerned?i go for an ultrasound this week
