BBT, OPKs, and educating users

Ruby
I wonder if glow could do a better job of educating women about the usefulness of tracking bbt, and about the limits of OPKs. This is something that fertility friend does quite well. Partly they do it well by visually emphasizing bbt since there's no way you can log on to their website or get into the app without encountering your bbt chat (or the place where your BBT chat should be). Glow's BBT chart is hard to find and even harder to read since you can't see a whole cycle on the screen and there's so little space between the markers on the y-axis making it difficult to identify temp shifts.
I read so many posts from women who think that OPKs can decisively pinpoint ovulation and are stressed because they're not getting positives or are getting too many positives or get pregnant and are not as far along as they  thought they were. I think that if these women understood the usefulness of tracking BBT and the limits of OPKs then they might not be as worried.
I know you guys have been at least thinking about revamping the chart feature and that might help. I wonder if featuring more articles about charting basics would make an difference too.
