Has anyone taken b6 for short luteal phase?

Hey Ashley!! So I took a b complex vitamin since cd 1. I am now on cd 33, 15dpo, 3 days late and negative tests 13/14dpo. Do you think the b complex messed my cycle up? From what I have read it helped a lot of people. I also got a positive opk cd 17 which is two days earlier then normal

I started it last month because my Luteal phase was only 9/10 days (I started spitting at 9 days and full blown period at 10 days). So far so good. I'm currently 10 DPO and I haven't had any spotting or signs of AF. I also altered my diet a bit to help increase my LP. Google natural ways to lengthen Luteal phase. I added more broccoli, spinach, kale, etc along with the B6. Best of luck!! 👍
