I'm beginning to plan and already I'm feeling overwhelmed!!

I'm getting married this June and I've had problems with bridesmaids, my father, financial... So ready for it to be over! Lol

I've been begging my fiancé to elope when we go to Saint Lucia in October. We're going to check it out for our wedding and I just don't want to deal with our families giving us crap about it anymore (the destination wedding) that I just want to do it while we're there "checking it out". Lol... If we get married in NY (where we live) we'll be spending close to $35,000 and have about 200 people attending, down in Saint Lucia we'll have about 25 people, only family and one or two close friends, and be spending $10,000.
