RePhresh in 1st trimester ok?

Hi ladies,

My vaginal pH is always off and I used to use rePhresh Gel 1x/week.

Is it safe to use in first trimester? What have your OBGYN's told you about safety?

I wouldn't do the gel at all! 
I would recommend a high dose probiotic.
Usually at health food store.
