My period was 5 days late in February. I was recently pregnant in January and had surgery at 5 weeks. Unknown pregnancy. Had period in January after surgery. So February 5 days late. 1st 2 days of period light pink spotting, 3rd and 4th day red spotting and starting to flow more, 5 heavy with small clots, day 6 and 7 light spotting but it was dark brown. The next night had sex and next morning. Afterwards light pink spotting just after wiping. What does that mean. I had a paps Meer and std check recently and everything came back fine. So I'm very confused
