Back Pain!

I am about 4-5 weeks pregnant and the last few days my back has been killing me. I have gas as well it's like it runs down my back. I don't know how to explain it. Its not constantly but it's been a lot. What can I do? It's lower and middle back pain and sometimes just on the left side or right side. Please help
