We got our cat at a shelter. She was a feral feline and has a part of right ear missing. We felt bad for her so we took her home. There is nothing feral about her. She is so friendly and loving! Couldn't have asked for a better cat!

Someone dumped her on my doorstep during a blizzard. Went to take the trash out and there was a tiny shivering oriental short hair sitting on the step. Brought her in and she's been my bed buddy ever since.

Mine was re-homed. I think she was initially adopted, don't know where from. But her first owner moved somewhere where she wasn't allowed animals, and she didn't want to keep her anyway. She gave her to a family member. In this home, she was beat on by the other cats and the dogs. This new owner was a coworker of my dad's, and my dad offered to take her off of his hands. I had been begging for a cat for a couple of years, since my last had gone missing and presumably been eaten by something. She was a Christmas present, and is my best friend.

My baby girl was put in a box and thrown from a truck when she was just 6 weeks old. She weighed only 1 1/2lb.

She is now 4 years old.
