EWCM after Ovulation?

This is my first month of using an ovulation test (first response digital) and it came back as a "yes" on Monday night. I had noticed that my cervix had started to move up higher at this point and clear, slippery CM. We did the BD(s) but never had any EWCM. Thursday night my CM was dry and cervix was moving back down and by Friday morning was back to its usual spot. However, later that evening I noticed a bit of EWCM and today I have had lots of it. So I'm really confused! I know I'm not fertile because of my cervix position but is this a bad sign? Or maybe it is a sign of implantation? Help!
