Cramping and Light bleeding

10 dpo and I have been cramping for the last hour and a half. No blood on my undies but I had some light pink blood on the toilet paper when I wiped. This cramping feels like I am already in the midst of a period, but minus the blood...? AF or implantation bleeding/early pregnancy?
