Faint line question

Sammy • Sun, Mar 08 • Soon to be 21, been a mother to my little man since age 16. I am engaged to the love of my life/highschool sweetheart & we have our miracle girl on the way! Due St. Patrick's Day!

I was due for my period on March 4th. I started bleeding on March 3rd -5th. I havnt bleed for three days and today is sopost to be the last day of my period. Nausea sore boobs, i have all the symptoms. A really faint line showed up within 5 minutes. What do you think?
