Back pain
So a history I had a car accident before I got pregnanat it resulted in a protruding disc in my lower back that compressed my spinal cord. I went through 6 months of pt and they gave me a tens unit. Now I am 12 weeks and in a lot of pain. I've read the tens isn't safe to use. So my question is what do you ladies do for severe back pain?
