Post Mirena and Orange salmon colour ick?

So I had my myrena pulled our mid Jan and I had a bit of a bleed for that week. It's now been 41 days since that bleed and I haven't had another yet. I know it can take time so I'm not stressing there yet - just wishing as we are ttc and I need my body to be ready already!
Anyway for the TMI part - last night after sex and after holding my legs up high for a while I went to clean myself up and found a really pale orange/salmon colour mixed with his semen I assume or there's use my mucus. Any ideas??
The colour was unbelievable - I actually had to get my husband to have a look so he believed me!
