I hate waiting -_-

So I miscarried January 9th. Bled for a week. Then a week after that my levels zeroed out. I still haven't gotten my period and I have peed on several sticks. All negative. Has anyone else gone this long afterwards with no period?? I did have one day of brownish pink spotting on February 9th.
