I'm 10 weeks and 4 days pregnant and y have a horrible congestion. I can't breathe. I don't know what to do.

Tengo 10 semanas y cuatro días y tengo una horrible congestión nasal, no puedo respirar. Y no se que hacer!

Any suggestions? Algunas sugerencias ?
