anyone diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome?
ok, so if yes diagnosed, please comment your symptoms, who diagnosed you, what you use for symptom management.
I was on bc and it caused weight gain, got off it lost 20 pounds but no matter what i do i cant shake the last 30 I'd like to get rid of, Also extremely irregular periods, lots of bad cramping when i do have one,bad acne, amongst other things
no cure right? just symptom management?
