Has anyone tried vitex chaste tree?

Its 410 mg taken two pills twice daily. If so did it work? Any positive results? Or waste of time?

My doctor put me on them 2 years ago and they helped a lot. But I'm not a big fan of self-prescribing such things because it is pretty powerful and it's not right for everyone having problems with their cycle.

I tried it which I shouldn't have I have a regular cycle and ovulate every month CD12 but I got caught up in all the hype and forums and had a bad side effect couldn't even BD I had really bad cramping and burning sensation
