My fiance and I are pregnant with baby #1. We live with his parents currently and his mother watches his 4 year old niece while her parents work. Anyway, I am currently home as well and the niece always wants to be with me. Which is fine. But I am a bit concerned about the girl. She is 4 and very small. She wears size 24m. She drinks pediasure with a bottle nipple (that's all she will eat. And French fries). She often just smells of the 'milk', like she is sweating it out. She wears diapers full time even though there is nothing physically/mentally holding the girl back (parents say they don't want to be bothered by taking her to the toilet). She cannot count, does not know the alphabet or how to say please/thanks. Her parents leave her in the care of her 8yr old sister. She was throwing up continuously for 3 days and her parents refused to take her to the doctors. Part of me is really worried about her. Please don't take this as me judging her parents or anything. I just have concerns.
