Help. Early period maybe from exercise?
I've been on birth control since I was 15 (now 22) same type but the brand changes. First ocella for a few years then syeda then ocella again and now yaz. I stared the yaz about five months ago. I take the pill every morning when I wake up and haven't missed one it at the very least well over a year. I can't recall ever getting my period early at least over the past year. I'm sure I did in my earlier teens. I've started a strict diet and exercise last Monday (paleo diet I found on Pinterest and it's awesome by the way) and have been working out hard mainly on my core and lower back. I am due to start my period next Tuesday as per usual but during my workout today (Jillian Michaels 6 week abs video) I felt a bit of -for lack of a better word- moisture. Went to the bathroom after I was done and saw blood. Not a ton but I'd say more than just a little spotting. I'm wondering if it could be related to my recent health changes but I'm not sure. This hasn't reall happened for me.
