Acne vaginal....

It's so weird, after stopping with my pills . I start to have a lots of acne everywhere face, back, my breast .... And now I notice one in my vagina .
Does give me any pain, odor, anything has changed ....
Just so this yellow stop bit hard in the vulva area ....
Does anyone had to his before ??? I'm concern !!!
