im not sure if he feels the same way

So I'm extremely insecure and self concious but I don't come off that way at all.. Anyway this guy James is 2 years older than me, he always texts me and keeps the conversation going. At a party he and I kinda just hung out and we madeout and cuddled, like it looked like we were together but he recently got his heart broken and I'm not sure if maybe he likes me or maybe I'm his rebound? I don't know but I've liked him for months and I think he knows ... What do you think? Please tell me what you think in the comments!
