Is it a sign

My friend is 12 weeks pregnant and told me she had a dream that we were both pregnant and going through it together, this month I've just had a weird feeling that I might be pregnant and my SO even said something about it also we are currently not trying but what do you guys think do you think it's a sign or me just overthinking everything
