Terrible Pains On My Left Side Pelvis.

Saturday morning I've been feeling a lot of pelvic pain on my left side. I took ibuprofen and it helped. Now it's 11:10pm and my left pelvic side is hurting again. I don't have cash, since I just started a new job and I don't have health insurance. What do you think it might be causing all this pain I'm having?
