Am at 9 weeks with no period. When i was 8 weeks (2 months)the doctor did an ultrasound and blood test. un which the blood test came out negative, and in the ultrasound, he did not see anything!

But i still dont get My period he said it looked like i had an eraptured cyst! I feel really stressed can i be pregnant! And he probable didnt see it lol idk am justo going crazy right know
