S/O is repulsed by me :(

Im 16 wks pregnant and put on a few pounds and have a slight bump. Im already a chubby woman to begin with and recently my partner just isnt interested in getting intimate , hes been trying for my sake but as soon as it comes to the actual sex and can feel my tummy against him hes instantly turned off. I know he loves me and this is probably alot more common than i think but it really hurts. Im devastated that he no longer 'wants' me and my self esteem has gone through the floor! Anyone else had a similar experience or have any advice for me ? I feel so low x
